Due to the Hygienic and Energetic sensitivity of our handcrafted products, all oils, balms, mists, soaps, and ritual kits are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind or used/opened items.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
As each product is either handcrafted or energetically prepared to order, we do not accept cancellations or modifications once your order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
